Job Description / Responsibility
Achieve the sales target
Provides management with immediate forecasts and long run plans
Conduct regular sales meetings
Recommends sales policies to management
Analyses markets to identify new customers and new prospects
Frequent market visit
Nationwide distributor appointment, evaluation & change
Continuously trains new and experienced sales people
Motivates and develops each of the sales people to achieve their full potential
Communicates with sales people on a regular basis keeping them informed of all matters affecting their work
Maintains a record system to provide and analysis of performance of sales team by each individual reporting
Evaluate & regularly review the performance of each individual sales person

Bachelors and Masters in any fields.
Experience Requirements
7 to 10 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
Age 32 to 45 year(s)
7 to 10 years’ experience in Full-cream milk or FMCG or food industry
Strong leadership skill.
Experience/Ability to lead team.
Self motivated to drive & face challenges.
Problem solving and decision making skill.
Good command over MS Word, MS Excel, Power point etc.
Competent on both English and Bengali (written and oral) communication.
