Job Description / Responsibility
• Overall Control materials-incoming imports and local purchase.
• Update daily and weekly warehouse stock to management.
• To ensure stocks are maintain properly stored prevent from damage, loss, pilferage or mixing with other order.
• To ensure timely delivery and dispatch, accurately against each order.
• Capable to handle a large volume of accessories store activities independently.
• Incoming material (GRR) received. Material verify with gate pass / Chelan and record to stock register, BIN card and posting in software daily.
• Able to handle independently the daily receiving & delivery of products and external clients.
• Monitoring the fleet throughout the location deployed for such delivery.
• Liaison with the concerns of the company to manage the urgent and normal category of the delivery.
• Need to strong idea about yearly inventory system.
• Ensure that the delivery is taken place to the proper authority and received the Callahan within shortest possible time.
• Report any shortage or irregularity to authority instantly.
• Update the stocks instantly.

Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 3 year(s)

• Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the related field.
• Non Experience person no need to apply.
• Excellent communication skill both English and Bengali
• Must have basic computer skill, Ms Word, Ms Excel, E mail etc.
• Positive professional attitude & self motivated.
• Able to work under pressure.
