Job Description / Responsibility
• Agree, monitor and achieve targets for both new and existing customers and contribute to the overall team performance
• Achieve Financial performance indicators: Volume, Revenue, and Gross Contribution, Gross Margin & Payment Receivable Days
• Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager with an updated SPANCO pipeline demonstrating the Progress
• Designing Marketing strategy & programs, and deliver activities that allow to deliver performance and to develop profitable and sustainable business for the Business Unit
• Ensure linkages with Marketing team by implementing Marketing Plan (CVP, Pricing, Brand & Communications campaigns)
• Detail Customer Mapping for the ongoing and projects in pipeline to ensure the growth and forecast of the business focused in Oil & Gas, Power Projects, Water Projects/ Infra Projects etc.
• Implement and maintain a sustainable Distributors network that complies with the Route to Market strategy in place (Profile, Contract, Resources, Legal) whilst keeping control of Channel Captaincy
• Technical support to the existing customers as well as planning for the upcoming projects/ customer.
• Generation of necessary technical reports & documentation
• Ensure that Distributors recruit, develop, motivate and retain a sales force that delivers sustainable performance and provide appropriate support
• Ensure each Distributor is aligned in goal, capability, business focus and capital resources to maximize business and agree a multi-yearly Business Plan that is fully aligned with Marketing strategy and targets, and deliver activities that allow to deliver performance and to develop profitable and sustainable business for both AkzoNobel and Distributors
• Be responsible and proactive in HSE issues that affect the individual, the office/field environment and their Customers and Applicators and distributors etc.

Additional Job Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years in Construction or Fabrication Industry/ PEB/ Shipyards / Paints / Engineering / Industrial sales.
