Territory Sales Manager – Solar Intercontinental (SOLARIC) Ltd

Job Description / Responsibility
• Prime duty to daily basis visit rural area (union level) to contact prospective customers for sales generation as per his assigned territory.
• Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and Marketing
• Build a strong relationship in regular basis & keep in touch with agent & customer.
• Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
• Ability to work with team(agent) to arrange sales generation, collection, forecasting and analysis for betterment of the company.
• Manage client(agent) relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
• Finding out new business locations and business prospects in the area help of agent.
• Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure
• Routine field visit as per set schedule by line boss.

Educational Requirements
• Minimum Graduate in any Discipline, If have Rural Area Marketing experience may be consider as special case.
• Computer Literacy is Compulsory (Microsoft Office, Internet etc).

Experience Requirements
• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support/Client Service, Distribution/Supply Chain Management, Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 25 to 32 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• The Job holder should have 2-3 years of hands-on working experiences in agent/dealer sales and preferably in rural market.
• He will have an understanding of agent network in local market and he will have to be capable to apply his knowledge and experiences to meet targets and with ultimate customer satisfaction.
• He needs to be Innovative, Dynamic, Customer/ Market Oriented, helpful, Pro-active, Assertive, Creative result/ goal oriented.
• Capability to manage sales through agent or solar shop.
• Attend customer complaint and facilitate replacement & other services
• Complete Order collection , payment and delivery and other service cycle and ensure customer delight
• Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Must have Motor Cycle Driving License.
