Job Description / Responsibility
Strong leadership quality, highly motivated and result oriented
Understand Distributorship Management and Sales Management
Make business plan, development of marketing activities to optimize the volume and revenue
Regular market visit and ensure sales team are visiting market on regular basis as per route plan
Review the Sales targets on weekly/monthly basis with sales Team and improve effective ways to achieve same
The applicant should have thorough knowledge in Electro Products, Sales, Distribution and Marketing
Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Bangla and English
