Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for the overall management and day to day operation of the bakery and canteen with service operation.
• Responsible for procuring of food, beverages and other materials of the canteen.
• Responsible for maintaining highest levels of service standards, serving over 500-600 meals per day.
• Responsible for maintaining highest levels of food hygiene and cleanliness, confirming to international standards.
• Responsible for food costs, overall costs and profits of the canteen.

Additional Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years managerial/supervisory experience of managing a food and beverage outlet, in particular a catering establishment, canteen, mess etc. preferably with overseas experience.
• Good knowledge of F&B production, food safety and hygiene, service operations, procurement of food and beverage materials, storage, basic knowledge in F&B accounting, food costing etc. needed in a catering establishment.
