Job Description / Responsibility
• Shift In?Charge reports to Operation manager and responsible to supervise the entire warehouse operation during a certain shift. Major duties and responsibilities includes, but not limited to followings:
• Supervise all the staff, quality and quantity of targets and ensure smooth operational flow during the predefined shift .
• Monitor, measure and report on process performance and lead the entire operation and warehouse team and manage, develop and motivate them from time to time during the predefined shift.
• Ensure cargo receiving, C&F follow up, system entry, space control, forward cargo to airport or destination, managing cargo transport schedule.
• Solve Problem or trouble shoot , Identify the root cause and take fast &effective action to resolve the problem permanently.
• JOB LOCATION: Nishat Nagar, Kamarpara Tongi, Dhaka.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor Degree in any discipline is expected.

Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in large warehouse or distribution center management and out of that 2 years should be in supervisor position. Experience in freight forwarding related warehousing shall get preference.
• Strong supervision skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
• Good command over MS Office package.
• Ability to work under stressful situation and during uncomfortable hours of the day.
