We are currently expanding to Bangladesh to open a support office that will help with Graphics, IT, and Customer Support related tasks.
This particular position is to handle U.S. based customer service related inquiries.
Responding to customer support tickets, questions and helping customers solve problems via Email, Online Chat, and Telephone support.

Educational Requirements
Minimum O Level & A Level.
Studies completed at an English medium school Highly preferred of (Scholastica, Aga Khan, Sunbeam, South Breeze, Sir Jon Wilson, Play Pen etc. Also ALL Cadet College Allowed).
Experience Requirements
0 to 1 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/Management, Call Centre Training, Customer Support through Phone, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Event Management, IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Software Company, Telecommunication, Training Institutes

Age 18 to 24 year(s)
Excellent Spoken English is Must
Fluency in Spoken English.
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
