Job Description / Responsibility
Have to supervise different Projects/ Clients assigned by the company.
Work like a bridge between Client & Company.
Have to direct and control the processing and fulfillment of client requirements, fielding client inquiries, and resolving client complaints.
Provide User Training during the implementation of Software to client.
Prepare weekly Project projection report, Documentation, Requirement analysis report, User Guide, and Tutorial as per the instruction.
Have to control all the technical configuration of the assigned project.
Have to maintain proper communication with client through client site visit, email or phone calls.
Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor Degree in any discipline or Diploma from any reputed university
Qualification is not mandatory for outstanding experienced/ If you know what we need.

1 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Age 22 to 30 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support & Sales Planning/ Development Sector, Service Dept.
Must Have Knowledge in MS Office
Must have faster typing skill both in English & Bangla
Must have positive desire to meet the given task.
Dynamic, hardworking, innovative, self-motivated & team player.
Proven record of previous success and achievement.
Can work alone and team player.
Work together with other sales / Marketing team for achieved single goal.
At least two years` experience in software company
Have to prepare the problem document for technical team & check them after development & deploy them properly in client premises.
Should have the basic knowledge about the Web Development, Customized Software, and Business Management Software.
Good Knowledge of local IT Industry.
Should be smart, handsome, motivation power and excellent communication skill in both English and Bangla.
Must have strong Administrative power.

Salary Range
TK.12000 – 15000
