Support Coordinator – Field Nation – Dhaka

Be the support coordinator by presenting proper communication between the company, clients and technicians.
Answering client and technician inquiries.
Work on a variety of call assignments as required by the Support Center Manager.
Scheduling and monitoring project sites.
Need to work with NIGHT shift. From Monday – Sunday (6 PM to 6 AM) 9 hours shift and 5 days per week with over time.

Additional Job Requirements
COMPLETE FLUENCY IN ENGLISH.
You must reside within 15 kilometers surrounding areas of Uttara, Dhaka.
You need to be absolutely fluent in English (Both speaking and listening) as this job will fully require communication with the people in US.U.S accent is necessary.
A person from non-English medium background with very knowledgeable English base with a good AMERICAN accent can also qualify.
Experience in U.S based Call Centers A plus. Good background in customer service.
Ability to resolve difficult and stressful customer service issues.
Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Must have computer experience including web based software and must know MS Word, Excel, etc.

Salary Range
TK.20000 – 30000
