Job Description / Responsibility
• VARD has been implementing VARD Eye Care Services (VARD-ECS) through well established four Eye Hospitals located in Sylhet district, Sunamgonj district, Comilla district and Dhaka City Corporation. The position is based at VARD Kamal Eye Hospital, Chouddagram, Comilla.
• Job descriptions:
• Maintain day to day transaction of VARD Kamal Eye Hospital, Chouddagram.
• Maintain hospital`s store.
• Maintain fixed assets register and other related records.
• Prepare necessary bill and vouchers
• Assist Accountant (Cash, Store and Logistic) in maintaining books of accounts and prepare periodical report
• Supply of logistic to the hospital team timely from hospital central store.
• Maintain personal file, leave register and other file of the hospital.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by Accountant (Cash, Store and Logistic)/Hospital Manager.

Educational Requirements
At least Bachelor in Commerce (Accounting)/BBA (Accounting)/BBS (Accounting) with at least 1 year experience in similar nature of job.
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
• Age At most 35 year(s)
• At least 1 years experience in similar nature of job in any reputed NGO is necessary.
• Computer proficiency on MS Word and MS Excel, Tally software
• Excellent knowledge on record keeping / filing
• Work under pressure and fulfill the requirement within the deadline.
