Job Description / Responsibility
• Communicate with different Real Estate Developer, Garments, Textile, Dyeing, Printing Factory and other industries to introduce the company as a brand and sell SIEMENS branded FDS, BMS, and Energy Monitoring System to the different customers.
• Monitor competition by gathering current market information on products, price, delivery schedule etc.
• Develop the commercial relationship of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new account to increase market penetration.
• Sourcing of new customers and maintaining long term business relation with the existing customers.
• Defining product wise monthly and yearly sales plan and achieve accordingly.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solution, preparing report and making recommendation to the management
• Creating Sales Proposal, BoQ, and other relevant documents
• Achieve the sales target

• Should be a Graduate with Science Background
• B. Sc Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical
