Job Description / Responsibility
• To extend reservation, ticketing, Sales & customer service of the airline
• To Make and confirm reservations using CRS and issuing tickets.
• To provide customers service with travel suggestions and information sources, such as schedule, policy, and restrictions.
• Submit sales activity report on daily basis.
• Contact customers or travel agents to advise them about product promotions or activities.
• Manage & Maintain Branch office.
