• Handling customer/applicant queries telephone, e-mail or chat
• Maintain and record all application data
• 6 days a week; 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM(Day shift) 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM(night shift)
• MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH SPEAKING

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/Management

• Computer Literacy is must.
