Job Description / Responsibility
Long working experience to lead a number of large scale web based asp.net projects successfully.
Takes the lead role to Analyze, Architect and Design databases and web based applications.
Provides technical leadership and mentorship to develop team members. Helps to resolve any technical issue/challenge that team needs.
Excellent capability to translate complex client requirement to technical implementation.
Develops international standard web application using Asp.Net 3.5 (or higher) and MS SQL Server 2008 (or higher).
Experience in two or more of these technologies is must – ASP.Net MVC, nHibernate, LINQ , WCF and WPF
Familiar or experienced with Dependency Injection frameworks such as Castle Windsor, MEF
Familiar and/or experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
Excellent capability of writing complex SQL queries and objects
Habituated with service oriented development.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
Writes optimized code
Writes and runs unit tests
Ensure high quality, adherence to standards and best practices, high performance and scaleable deliverable

B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science from reputed university

Minimum 6 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 27 year(s) and over
Good skill in UI management using HTML, CSS and Javascript.
Comfortable with agile software development process.
Experience in working with .NET based CMS like MS Sharepoint, is a strong plus
Experience in working with WPF based application development, is a strong plus
Experience in working with iOS or Android based mobile application development, is a strong plus
Excellent communication skill in English
Ability to work under pressure
Should be capable to work as individual or in team
