Job Description / Responsibility
Have sound knowledge on IT infrastructure to be able to perform Computer Troubleshooting, and Network monitoring.
Fluency in English speaking and listening is a must, will need to communicate directly with overseas retailers to support.
Need to have tolerance and patience to follow strict processes and procedures, when supporting the clients.
Need to have flexibility to work in rotating shifts. Five days work two days off in a week.
Any experience in IT HelpDesk support will be regarded as an added advantage.

Full-time

Educational Requirements
Bachelor in any subject with extremely well English and IT support skill.
Preferable A-level or onwards

Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support, IT System Management

Additional Job Requirements
Age 18 year(s) and over
Ability to demonstrate good understanding Infrastructure (Hardware, Software, Networking)
Punctual and committed.
