Job Description / Responsibility
Lead project team for smooth progress of works within timeline and budget
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Review the work progress on regular basis.
Prepare internal and external reports connect to job status.
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals arid plans; conferring with management
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from any well-known university.
B.Sc in BUET/ KUET/ CUET/ RUET/ DUET will be given preference.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any well-known institute with minimum 15 years experiences.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/Plant/Facility Management, Project Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 35 to 50 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
10 years of overall experience in construction (electrical & mechanical) management and 4-5 years experience in leading a project.
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
Familiarity with construction management software packages. Auto CAD. Project. Etc.
Competent in conflict and crisis management.
Leadership and human resources management skills.
Excellent time and project management skills.
