Job Description / Responsibility
• Directly attached to the merchandiser manager, your mission:
• To source the right products & searching for right suppliers
• To source the fabric and work on washing trend and trend details
• To contribute on the development of the Brand and Fashion by proposing picking, new technique,
• bring more advance product in our collection by analyzing the market.
• o launch new supplier (negotiation and follow up)
• To ensure that production are done in a social and compliant factory environment
• To contribute on the respect of quality production by teaching TAO requirement quality
• To guarantee the TAO quality degree and margin rate target
• To join the meeting with buyers (buying meeting / visit factories)
• To follow up the running orders to be sure that the initial delivery date is respected
• To get pro-forma invoice back and check PI before sending in France
• To manage the sampling in each steps
• To be the first filter before sending sample in France
• To launch the production and confirm delivery date with supplier
• Interlocutor between supplier and France
• To handle administrative paper work such as P/O and shipping set of documents
• To make Supplier’s quotation analysis and performance analysis by KPI
• Participate to different projects
• To guarantee the right prototype sample at the right price with the right lead time of production in view to offer the best offer to the company and guarantee the turnover of the liaison office.

• A person speaking English is compulsory
• A person able to travel in country such as France-Bangladesh-Pakistan.
