Job Description / Responsibility
• Optimize production by planning production lines and workforce in a most efficient and cost effective
• manner.
• Responsible for Product Development as per Customer requirement within given timeline.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance in the Floor from process to personnel.
• Initiate & Coordinate Machine Maintenance Plan.
• Workforce management, development for optimized output.
• Work Location: The working location will be at the mills in Shreepur, Gazipur. (Company pick & drop transportation will be provided)

• At least 10 Years of Experience in the Home Textile Sector with a minimum of 03 years of experience at
• the Top Level Position and relevant educational background.
• Brilliant communication skill with fluency in English and good command over computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, strategic and judgment ability to solve different ranges of business problems are desired.
