Job Description / Responsibility
• Develop and implement short term & long term strategies for quality assurance functions.
• Develop, maintain & measure standards relating to process and products.
• Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments as well as our sub supplier.
• Managing and controlling departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
• Report as necessary on changes in standards.
• Overall, supervision of customer specs, &, control of non – conforming or reject products; liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary (where impacting/affected by quality issues).
• Work Location: The working location will be at the mills in Shreepur, Gazipur. (Company pick & drop transportation will be provided)

• At least 10 Years of Experience in the Home Textile Sector with a minimum of 03 years of experience at
• the Top Level Position and relevant educational background.
• Brilliant communication skill with fluency in English and good command over computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, strategic and judgment ability to solve different ranges of business problems are desired.
