Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for Planning Loom as per requirement generated from Marketing
• Responsible to yarn consumption and calculation.
• New fabrics development according to the buyer requirements.
• Maintain the production follow up and achieve production target.
• Re-adjust the production plan accordingly to the shipment schedule.
• Providing consulting services to the functional head in every matter related to weaving.
• Keeping looms and related equipment maintained and running condition.
• Others strategic agenda assigned by TOP Management.
• Work Location: The working location will be at the mills in Shreepur, Gazipur. (Company pick & drop transportation will be provided)

Additional Job Requirements
• At least 10 Years of Experience in the Home Textile Sector with a minimum of 03 years of experience at
• the Top Level Position and relevant educational background.
• Brilliant communication skill with fluency in English and good command over computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, strategic and judgment ability to solve different ranges of business problems are desired.
