Job Description / Responsibility
• Make a strategic plan including goal & objective, for cost effective quality production on the basis of marketing sales target.
• Analyze & Plan the Capacity & Efficiency of the machines.
• Strategic plan and production target handover to the sub-departmental heads.
• Ensure Quality Production with on time delivery.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality Standards at Floor as well as in the workforce level.
• Motivate the people enhancing production &wastage minimize in chemical and fabric.
• Lead the Material [Chemical & Others] budgeting to ensure smooth production flow.
• Provide job order costing & Gas consumption.
• Ensure utility service & maintenance coordinating with engineering department.
• Work Location: The working location will be at the mills in Shreepur, Gazipur. (Company pick & drop transportation will be provided)

• At least 10 Years of Experience in the Home Textile Sector with a minimum of 03 years of experience at
• the Top Level Position and relevant educational background.
• Brilliant communication skill with fluency in English and good command over computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, strategic and judgment ability to solve different ranges of business problems are desired.
