Job Description / Responsibility
• The ideal candidate would have strong understanding of the operational procedures of Brokerage House.
• Capable to handle Branch operation as a whole & expected to have exposure in managing team.
• Generate Business and achieve Brokerage Targets
• New Client acquisition from open Market.
• Serve the Customers while dealing, Trade Execution, and Trade Confirmation.
• Handle Customer Queries.
• Maintaining Buy /Sale order in professional manner.
• Ensure Customer Profiling & Categorization.
• Job Location: Motijheel

Masters in any discipline preferably in commerce.

At least 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Minimum 08 years professional experience in a Brokerage House / Merchant Bank.
• Preference may be given to the candidates having wide and big client base.
• Excellent negotiation skills, entrepreneurial spirit and proven effective leadership are an asset.
• Must have knowledge regarding Rules, Regulations, Law, bye ?laws, Ordinance, Reporting, company affairs, compliance etc. Relating to capital market operation along with Stock Exchange of the country and Regulators.
• Must have sound knowledge in different type of software which are generally used in Brokerage House operation in particular and capital market general.
