Job Description / Responsibility
Prepare and implement appropriate Marketing Plan and Strategy for assigned each product.
Prepare and up-date the costing of the assigned products with the price change of raw –materials and other parameters.
Prepare yearly promotional budget related with Sales Budget.
Prepare the Monthly Promotional Plan as per the Promotional Budget. Implement and monitor the impact of the promotional activities.
Develop promotional materials to support promotional activities.
Monitor National Sales Achievement against the Budget as well as the Target in respect of volume and turnover and to evaluate individual territory performance.
Assess the regional as well as territory wise, brand wise market share and according to take necessary measure.
Ensure continuous supply and stock level of the assigned products at all distributors.
Initiate end-user and dealer survey to assess the performance of existing products as well as newly developed products in pipeline.
Visit the market for monitoring the competitor’s activities and market situation and accordingly to take necessary action.

Educational Requirements
MBA (in any discipline) from a reputed university (Dhaka University North South University & AIUB will be given preference) Bachelor degree with an extraordinary ability & experience may also be considered.

Able to work under pressure and for long time.
Should have contacts and experience in sourcing of engineering parts and components from suppliers.
The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
Computer application and Department Budgeting experience is a must.
