Job Description / Responsibility
• Parcel need to Deliver at customer point.
• Agents pick up the parcel
• Reviewing PODs (proof of deliveries)
• Customer services
• Dealing with calls and enquirers quickly, courteously and
• Efficiently at all times.
• Completing customer bookings on our in-house systems
• Resolving customer queries or directing them to the relevant department effectively
• Liaising with agents and managers nationally and ensuring clients are advised and updated on the status of all consignments.
• Reporting To : Manager delivery
• Department : Customer Service
• Office Location : Gulshan, Uttara, Mirpur, Dhanmondi, Motijhil.
• Delivery Transport: Bicycle/Bike
• Working Hours : 10am-7pm (Weekly 6 days)
