Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for execution of all people processes. Manage and administer HR strategies, programs and guidelines across all core HR areas, including compensation, recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, performance management, etc.

Educational Requirements
• MBA in HRM
• Master in any Discipline with Post-Graduate Diploma in HRM is preferred

Experience Requirements
• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/HR Database Management, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements
• Well-versed in Bangladesh labour laws
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Bengali
