Job Description / Responsibility
• Have to be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Compliance Department.
• Have to implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct and various compliance issues.
• Have to support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party social compliance audit.
• Prepare, organize and manage factory audits as per buyer`s requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
• Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure on Certification of BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT & ISO.
• Have to ensure all facilities involving health & safety specially fire safety measures and procedures.
• Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
• Assess compliance or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
• Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
• Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
• File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies.
• Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
• Conduct internal audit & prepare report.

Educational Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor from any reputed University.
• PGD in HRM is preferred.
• Diploma in Social compliance is perquisite for the position.

Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)\

Additional Job Requirements
• Age At least 25 year(s)
• Sound knowledge on Labour Law, BNBC, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO Convention relevant to RMG sector.
• The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
• Candidates who have not any direct experience on compliance, need not to apply.
