Job Description / Responsibility
• Be responsible for identifying future market potential and improving and developing the key areas of Service Business in Power, Energy and Household Items Sector of Bangladesh.
• Capable to international vendor management, end to end supply chain management (Import, LC, Custom, Ordering, Pipeline).
• To ensure one stop sales and service for Lift, Escalator, Generator & Household finishing items (Tiles, Light, Sanitary items etc)
• To optimize all sources of service revenue, working cross-functionally with After Market Care, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, Corporate Finance and so on.
• Responsible for building, growing and sustaining all relevant and potential sources of service revenue including Spare Parts, Service, Operation & Maintenance or any other After-Market opportunities to meet / exceed financial targets.
• Develop new business opportunities through active involvement in developing new service / after-market offerings, special project opportunities, niche service products and consumables, new product introductions and service acquisitions.
• Actively manage the service forecast process providing advanced insight into opportunities and risk to the service business.
• Responsible for regular reporting of service revenue forecasts, activity and results to service management and leadership.

Educational Requirements
B. Sc. in Engineering preferably with MBA (Marketing). However, it may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance, Sales & Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electro-mechanical Engineering (Especially Lift, Escalator, Generator & Household finishing items)
• 7 years of service / sales / business development experience in a power engineering and household company.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience with the ability to motivate and provide professional development to a team of 3 direct reports.
