Job Description / Responsibility
• Able to lead the team independently.
• Responsible for ensure the quality of wash.
• Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.
• Co-ordination with merchandiser to make recipes records.
• Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
• Monitoring the production processes and adjustment schedule as needed,
• Monitoring product standard and implementing quality-control programs,
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed,
• Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business`s objectives,
• Supervise and motivating team mates,
• Making sure that product are produced on time and are of good quality,

Educational Requirements
The candidate should have a Minimum Graduate from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements
• 10 to 12 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Washing)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Washing Factory, Garments

Additional Job Requirements
• Age At least 35 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in: Denim Wash, Hard Wash, Enzyme Wash, Garments Die Wash etc.
• Knowledge of proper use of chemical.
• Experience on Dry Finish will add advantage.
