Job Description / Responsibility
• Able to execute overall factory operations and admin/HR activities.
• Supervise overall HR & Admin team and assign their respective duties.
• To formulate and implementation of factory HR policies link with the group HR policies.
• To carry out recruitment and selection, payroll, and training & development activities of workers and supervisory staff of the factory.
• Carry out activities of employee discipline, grievances management, motivation, and welfare.
• Develop strong administrative system and breach all gaps to enhance productivity.
• Update all documentation and look after legal matters.
• Take cost control measures in all operational and administrative activities.
• Maintain all fixed and movable assets space management of the factory premises.
• Supervise all types of procurements and provide logistic support for the factory.
• Manage transports, events, and buyer entertainment.
• Maintain the factories as fully compliant establishments.
• Preparing the factory complying with the COCs of the different buyers with a view to facing different compliance audits, i.e., social, ethical, safety (building, electrical, fire), environmental, technical of Accord, K-Mart, BSCI, NBCU etc.
• Generate standard safety and security system complying different Law`s, regulations & COC.
• Communicate with government & non-government organizations, i.e., Police, Environment, Fire, and Insurance, as and when required.
• Ensuring fire drill, factory safety assessment and all other compliance related activities.
• Experience in different leading buyers handling
• Sufficient knowledge and experience on Bangladesh Labour Law.
• Responsible for salary & wages management and performance management through appraisal form.
• Ensure all kind of health & industrial safety issue within the law & company policy.
• Should have good relationship with labour and social accountability too.
• Always follow the instruction of top management & do any duties as assigned by the same.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Advice, guide and support the HR , Compliance & Welfare team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization.

Educational Requirements
• Masters/ MBA – from any reputed Public or Private University.
• Post Graduate diploma in social compliance is preferred.

• Priority for those who were involved with RMG factories.
• Excellent communication in written & speaking in English.
• Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 & Labour rule 2015.
• Sound Knowledge on BSCI principals & ISO standard base code.
• Excellent leadership skill.
• Sound Knowledge on computer application
• Able to handle Third party, Accord & Alliances audit.
