Job Description / Responsibility
• Maintenance of all employee database ( Hard & Soft copies)
• Maintaining/ Updating Leave Records.
• Recruitment Process (Advertisement, Initial Screening, Conduct Interview, Management Approval, Appointment Letter preparation)
• Conduct Orientation Process and facilitate newcomers joining formalities
• Handle Staff Training related matters.
• Assist in creating & Implementing HR Policy & procedure of the organization.
• Conduct HR related works such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, placement termination and service agreements etc.
• Coordinate performance evaluation process.
• Action oriented approach to work and decision making.
• Handling employee grievances and other personnel related issues.
• Calculation and preparation final settlement bills of resigned/ lefty workers.

Experience Requirements
• At least 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
Additional Job Requirements
• Age At least 30 year(s)
• Sound knowledge about modern HR practices.
• Bangladesh Labour Law
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Efficient in both Bengali and English Communication.
