Job Description / Responsibility
• Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve public perception of company.
• Preparing responses to issues raised by the media/stakeholders and submitting to the management.
• Ensure the faster processing of Passport and VISA for the management.
• Collect Secretariat Pass with car sticker for the Group Chairman and Managing Director.
• Develop strong liaison with Embassies of the countries frequently visited by the management.
• Monitoring the public opinion of the company in media and recommending to Management appropriate action or reaction.
• Draft speeches, messages for the management.
• Develop and maintain corporate image and logos.
• Maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials and law enforcing agencies.
• Manage relationships with a variety of media including tech, business, local, and vertical and across media types including blogs, online, print and broadcast
• Formulate policies and procedures related to public information programs.
• Manage speaking opportunities and awards programs.
• Renewal of Environment Licenses with Department of Environment, Contractors License with PWD, CAAB, BAPEX, REHAB and other Association like FBCCI, DCCI, MCCI etc.
• Coordinates protocol function of the authority and undertakes protocol duties for senior management during their departure & arrival to and from abroad.
• Handling of Expatriates & foreign guests, arrangement of their transportation, accommodation / hotels, Visa extension, Work Permit processing etc.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor/ Master`s in Public Relations/ English/ Marketing with a PR or Advertising concentration.
Experience Requirements

Additional Job Requirements
• At least 5-7 years experience in corporate bodies with similar job responsibilities.
• Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships.
• Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
• Possess the ability to keep information confidential.
• Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms.
• Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude.
• Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
