Job Description / Responsibility
• Shall able to prepare in depending Planning of Quality Assurance as per buyer?s requirement and Quality Management System of all the units of a greatest group under different zones. The eligible candidate has to perform the following responsibilities:
• Shall well versed in planning and ensure Quality Management System in accordance to the Buyer`s requirement.
• Well versed in Quality Planning and ensure Quality Management System
• Shall able to supervise Quality team consisting of nearly 100 people.
• Shall able to improve existing Quality Management System (QMS) and day to day development of the buyer?s requirement and aware of the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) of the buyer.
• Shall ensure product quality as per buyer?s requirement, safety and AQL specification.
• Shall ensure both preventive & remedial measures against any sort of occurrence and defect terminology.
• Shall ensure each and every inspection including buyers proper documentations for the shipment.

• Age 30 to 40 year(s)
• Having a proven managerial/ leadership experience, in a woven garments manufacturing environment, is required.
• Good knowledge about the entire Manufacturing Quality Garments, as well as new Techniques of manufacturing.
• Should have the technical knowledge on garments manufacturing as well as sampling, in line, pre-final & final inspection & responsible on day to day production follow up.
• Should have In-depth, technical knowledge, and able adapt with AQL levels at factory.
• Good Knowledge about the whole overall process about Cut to Ship.
• Should have good knowledge to do investigation & understanding shrinkage issues, producing user a friendly guide & rolling out.
• Should be capable to motivate operators to achieve desired output & development of skilled operation.
• Good knowledge in Fabric Parameters and characteristics/ laboratory testing, Sampling, Product inspections and factory evaluation.
• Computer literacy on Ms Word, Ms Excel.
