Job Description / Responsibility
• Conduct TNA based training.
• Develop training curriculum through TNA;
• Suggest corrective measures based on the evaluation and findings in the training session, along with precise recommendation and follow-up feedback of provided training;
• Make evaluation of training program; Justify effectiveness of training.
• Preparation & update training materials & conduct orientation, workshop, seminar & Induction program.
• Maintain required HRIS.

Post Graduate in Business from any reputed university.

• 8 to 10 year(s)

Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 35 to 38 year(s)
• Working experience in training & development with large group of industry.
• Good communication, Coaching & Presentation skill.
• Sound in Operating Software (PPT & Graphic Design is preferable)
• Should be excellent team player, very sharp, smart, with a charming personality.
• Energetic, confident and self driven.
• At least 1 year experience in the same or similar position.
