Job Description / Responsibility
• Maintenance & Implement functions related to services to employees including Attendance, Leaves and Absenteeism etc.
• Maintaining and updating the database of employees.
• Responsible for the completion of all the joining formalities entailing collection and verification of certificates, issuing appointment letters, giving staff member & worker?s ID cards, ensure in filling up bank details and closing the joining formalities.
• Listing out the absenteeism report on ten days & monthly basis.
• Manage leave of employees as per company policy.
• Handle wage and salary administration and overtime of the worker issues. Prepare monthly salary statement on time.
• Coordinate with other department and offices in factory level.
• Prepare and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to higher management.
• Personal file maintenance of official documents in proper manner.
• Maintain & update personnel record and other documents of all full time employees.
• Clarifications on pay slips and other queries on pay package if any required.
• Ensure that development and performance reviews are conducted according to schedule , in collaboration with department heads and supervisors
• Assess staff concerns on compensation packages and initiate periodic review and revision.
• Regularly review and update company internal policy.
• Liaise with department heads on the development of up-to-date.
• Arrange all kinds of training needed of the employee to make them effective capital for the company.
• Properly distribute office circulars / notices, internal office memos etc.
• Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
• Implement HR & Admin Policies in all levels of employees.
• Involved in other administrative activities.
