Job Description / Responsibility
• Job Location: Corporate Office, Tejgaon-Gulshan Link Road, Dhaka
• Position Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for attending visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face and supply accurate information in a timely manner regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
• Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges
• provide general administrative and clerical support
• Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company
• Receive letters, messages, documents and pass them to proper place/persons and keep records
• Any other tasks assigned by the management

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree from a recognized University
