Job Description / Responsibility
• We are looking for Product Officer (Human Health Division), Product Management Department (PMD).
• We are the fast growing and recognized company in market with a vision and mission is to provide quality product for the betterment of mankind. Our company runs its business holistically by its three (3) divisions including Human Health, Animal Health and Seeds & Crop Care. To ensure our company objective and market exploration we are cordially waiting for a number of applications from young, hard working and enthusiastic candidates for the following position.
• Job Description/ Responsibility:
• Prepare monthly action plan in line with yearly marketing plan, product performance and competitor`s activities.
• Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
• Monitor the product wise daily performance.
• Allocate the promotional materials and monitor their distribution.
• Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.
• Conduct monthly meeting.
• Provide training to the field forces regarding their assigned products.
• Assist sales team to meet the monthly and yearly target.
• Maximizing the target customer`s awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
• Conduct conference & scientific seminars.
• Visit doctors to get the real pulse of the market and set strategies accordingly.

Educational Requirements
• B.Pharm/ M.Pharm from any reputed university.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
