Job Description / Responsibility
• To support its continuous growth, we are looking for a smart, energetic and hard-working team member for the position.
• Monitoring the project process in line with the company objectives.
• Preparing and updating the project GANTT charts & PERT charts and report to the management
• Tracking resource allocation and budget variations of projects, and taking corrective actions
• Following up for completion of action plans and coordinating document management & archival
• Tracking people & asset movement and Coordinating required meeting & interactions
• Driving Business Excellence to create appropriate systems and install appropriate IT tools & processes for people productivity.
• Coordinating and monitoring all related activities to support the project team for achieving business objectives
• Work Station: Pabna

Educational Requirements
• B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical/ EEE from a reputed Public/ Private university.
• Having M.B.A. degree will be considered as an added advantage

Experience Requirements
10 to 12 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• 10-12 years of working experience in Project Management role in reputed MNC/ Local Company
• Must possess advance computer literacy and excellent Communication skills
• Completion of AUTOCAD 3D and Project Management training will be preferred
