Job Description / Responsibility
Feasibility study of different services and explore new opportunities.
Resolving Customer Queries/complaints independently.
Plan, perform and contribute to service/project related technical activities (method development, instrument searching, and report writing)
Perform on-site environmental testing according to standard procedures and test methods followed by the laboratory.
Prepare all laboratory test reports & maintain all quality related documents following ISO/IEC 9001:2008 ISO/IEC 17025:2005 & ISO/IEC 17020 or any other standard as may be required from time to time.
Monitor & distribute the works of laboratory assistants.
Correspondence with connected offices and authorities
Co-ordination with the management, clients, connected offices & projects
Contact & maintain liaison with national & international bodies as well as clients to promote business.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies and meetings.

Educational Requirements
M.Sc in Applied Chemistry or B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering/ M.Sc in Environmental Engineering or M.Sc in Environmental Science.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

At least 1 year industrial work experience.
Knowledge on ISO standard & documentation will be given preference.
High proficiency in English.
