Job Description / Responsibility
• Maintain the stock position of consumable item, as Raw Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Equipment and Spare Parts, Construction materials, Fuel – Lubrication and Oil, General Hardware, Tools, Domestic Equipment, Stationary and Automobiles items at factory stores.
• Ensure receipt the proper storage of all Raw Materials (Billets & Scrap), Chemical, Refectory item, Mechanical, Electrical equipment and spare parts, etc.
• Maintain daily all type of planning, communication and discussion support with purchase department for user department requirement/priority basis materials collection/ purchase/ replacement.
• Ensure sufficient stock of Raw materials (M.s Billets & M.s Scrap), Chemicals and all store items are held all the time. Raise indent to Head office timely and establish workable pipe line for smooth production.
• Ensure Safety stock level inventory, planning and maintain of all store items for smooth production.
• Monitoring key performance indicator (KPI), identifying sources of major losses related to stores items, generating project ideas and implementing improvement projects.
• Closely monitor local purchase and verify price at random. Ensure items of correct specification are purchased in correct quantity.
• Plan ahead to received major foreign consignment like billets, scrape, chemicals, machinery etc and designate storing space. Submit proposal for approval of GM (Plant) at least 7 days before arrival to organize manpower, vehicle and equipment.
• Regular update Rolling Mill & Billets industries Raw Materials, Chemical & Refectory Items consumption report & stock report and forwarding to higher authority
• Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
• Planning, monitoring and controlling the inventory management
• Overall Supervision and control with regards to store / purchase function.
• Supervising & controlling the activities of team Members.
• Monthly End inventory (Tacking physical inventory on monthly basis) & Keeping all records in stores.
• Maintain FIFO/LIFO for materials movements in compliance with ISO Standard.
• Maintain and monitoring store related administrative activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store.
• Any other duties directed by superior authority or the Head office.

Educational Requirements
• Masters (Commerce Background) from any reputed university/ Graduate with Chartered Accountancy Course Completed (CACC). CA/ICMA Part qualified will be given preference.
• Any diploma or professional degree on supply chain or commercial activities will be an added advantage.

• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store/Inventory, Supply Chain

• Age 35 to 45 year(s)
• Should be well conversant with ERP/Accounting & Inventory software.
• Excellent verbal and sound written correspondence in English.
• The incumbent should be dynamic and have strong personality.
• Possess high degree of correspondence & analytically ability.
• Should have strong communication skill.
• Very good Computer skill.
