Job Description / Responsibility
Making strategy for the organizations with the same pace with the trend of Telecommunication Operators of Bangladesh for the Value Added Services and monitoring the revenue growth for the respective partners.
Look for successful examples across the globe, analyze potential products that are suitable for Bangladesh, pursue operators with those new ideas and conceive those ideas and implement those as the owner.
Ensuring sourcing appropriate content for current and future services that the company offers, monitoring, and negotiating with different organization to obtain healthy relationships over the lifecycle of the products and also imply same with the telecommunication operators.
Pursue operators and other stakeholders to promote content and services that the company owns and ensure appropriate Market Communication to increase utilization of existing challenges
Identifying the potential organization to tag in a partnership to promote under a joint promotional campaign under existing content and service portfolio.
Initiating project with different stake holders, monitoring, making go to market plan and taking ownership although after the project goes live to the market.
Should be in touch with all the mobile operators to maintain a healthy professional relationships for business development, enhanced promotional support and be on top of ‘What’s going on in the market?’
Should have extensive knowledge about digital market space, Mobile Value Added Service Industry.
At least 6 years + experiences (mainly in mobile operator’s environment) is a must.

Should be an advance level user of laptops, smart phones, website and customized softwares
Should have excellent command in English (certification required in case of non-English medium background) both in verbal and written communications.
Should be flexible with work timings
Punctual, meticulous and reliable
Courteous manners with the public
