Job Description / Responsibility
• Implement Factory policies on employee recruitment and selection.
• Conduct training, counseling, performance appraisal and grievance handling of personnel.
• Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
• Look after the complicated labour issues in line with Labour Law 2006 and other govt. regulation as well.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff initiate company activity and make independent decisions affecting all operations.
• Implement Code of Conduct Provided by the different renowned buyers.
• Coordinate when Buyer Representatives or Auditors visit the factory.
• Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
• Preparation of factory floors/working environments in accordance with social compliance standards, Sedex, BSCI, WRAP & ISO as per buyer/customer standards and requirements.
• Responsible for Fire Drill training/First Aid training/Rescue training, etc.
• Development of proper systems for maintaining and monitoring of appropriate disciplinary action procedures among staff and workers.
• Rigid development of system for implementation of the various Factory Acts and compliance stipulations in all working environments within the factory in accordance with customers` standards/code of conduct.
• Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers` code of conduct.
• Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
• Develop training Manual and budget for Training and bring up-to-date training policies.
• Handle Buyer implement policies as per Buyer`s requirement.
• Conduct Buyer`s Audit.

Educational Requirements
MBA (Major in HRM)/ Post Graduate in any discipline with PGDHRM (BIM) from any reputed Institute.
Experience Requirements
• 8 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Training & Development, Labor Union Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic, Group of Companies, Garments
Additional Job Requirements
• Age 35 to 45 year(s)
• Well conversant with Bangladesh Labor Act 2006
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English & Bengali
• Well conversant with computer operation
• Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hard working, dedicated and target oriented
• Fluency in English and good Computer Knowledge
