Job Description / Responsibility
• Should have sound knowledge in production technical side in sweater factory.
• Should have knowledge on ISO9001 and preferably 5S certificate (Black Belt).
• Handle third party technical audit independently.
• Ensure the factory is implementing technical compliance related initiative successfully and always ready for technical audits.
• Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and follow up regularly as per CAP submitted.
• Follow up instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit. To improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyer`s compliance.

Graduate/ Masters in any discipline.

• The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Technical compliance in production.
• The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Garments, especially in Sweater factory.
• The applicant should have strong communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.
• Should have well knowledge in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Power Point with good skill on report writing and presentation.
• Should be dynamic and be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, positive and flexible attitude, responsible and goal oriented.
• Able to work under pressure.
