Job Description / Responsibility
Operate and lead large volume of accessories production by manufacturing Elastic Tapes, Woven/Crochet Knitted, Cotton Tapes/Drawstrings & Printed Labels, etc. on European-Jakob Mueller, Comez & Willy’s Machines
Monitor and implement production plan & achieving target of production for accessories items
Carry out all the assigned responsibilities in executing the production operation
Prepare monthly requirement of raw material, packing materials
Ensure maximum capacity utilization of machinery of all sections, good housekeeping & proper utilization of manpower
Achieve higher productivity with maintaining quality/standard as per Buyer requirement
Prepare MIS report and submit to the Management

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed University
Textile Engineering from AUST/ BUTEX will be preferred
Educational qualification will be considered for highly experienced candidates

Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile Engineering

Additional Job Requirements
At least 10 years of related experience out of which min. 2-4 years as Asst. Manager in a leading Garment Accessories Industry
Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
Strong people management skills – fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English
Familiar in MS-Office
